| Contract Specialist |
|
The selected person will have Level II certification (Level III is also fine) and should have a thorough experience with the contracting life cycle and be very knowledgeable about all processes from “Cradle to Grave”.
Some of the activities will include: Pre-award acquisition planning, obtaining vendor quotes, financial management, tracking, reporting, logistical support, technical writing, customer/contract liaison support, market research, preparing pre-award documentation, accruals and other procurement management and acquisition support services.
Capable of multitasking and handling heavy workload. Computer proficiency, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and shared data bases.
This is a contract opening and the opening is immediate.
Other locations are Stafford, TX or in Alabama.
