Description:
This Engineer will support the program s Quality and Process Improvement efforts.-- Focus will be measurement & analysis efforts for improving Systems Operations, Software Development, Systems Engineering, and Testing processes; working with program s management to establish performance objectives and to select the vital few measures that predict and ensure milestone or event success. Selected candidate will establish and update metrics procedures, establish key program metrics, develop easy methods of data capture, analysis, reporting and corrective action tracking to best support the information needs and goals of the program.-- This position will analyze, interpret, trend, and manage improvement of key mission-success metrics, and recommend and work with projects to implement changes to processes and procedures in support of quality and process improvement goals.
Requirements
A minimum of 7-10 years experience in managing quality program implementations on medium to large integration programs or software development efforts. Must possess an-- active clearance at the NSA at the TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph level. BS or higher degree in an engineering field. Knowledge of policies and procedures implementation. Coordinating process and plan inputs and working with teams. Experience developing quality management plans. Experience developing risk management qualitative/quantitative measures. Risk Management processes knowledge/experience working with risk management teams. Organizational skills. Experience using Microsoft Office or similar suite of office automation tools. Experience with Six Sigma and/or metrics development. |
