Database Engineer

US CITIZENSHIP + ACTIVE TOP SECRET GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE + SCI ACCESS WITH NSA LIFESTYLE POLYGRAPH REQUIRED. The candidate will serve as a database engineer on a project -- a VLDB data warehouse effort for Fort Meade customer.--The candidate will be responsible for serving as a technical--managerial lead with responsibility for tracking and monitoring Oracle database warehouse administration, development, testing and integration with the system application software layers.-- As such, the candidate will track schedule and tasking, assist in the development and managing of tasking, and resolve integration issues. BS or equivalent degree, preferably in computer related field.-------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------- At least five-- years of DBE experience. At-- least three years of Oracle experience, including database tuning and optimization. At least two years of VLDB and data warehousing experience. At least 1 year PL SQL script writing experience. Experience with Extract Test and Load (ETA) protocols. Experience with Netezza and/or warehouse appliance technologies. Must possess an active clearance at the NSA at the TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph level.
