Work Experience and Skills Required:
The individuals required to fulfill the requirements of this labor category shall possess at least twelve (12) years of experience in Information Systems, to include implementation, network monitoring, design, and troubleshooting of large enterprise-level networks and must demonstrate proficiency and advanced knowledge in all of the following areas. In lieu of 12 years of experience, individuals may have an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Master's Degree, plus eight (8) years of experience or an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, Bachelor's Degree, plus ten (10) years of experience and must demonstrate proficiency and advanced knowledge in all of the following areas: Five (5) years experience with the use and implementation of enterprise monitoring and management frameworks, tools, and protocols; including, but not limited to SNMPv3 and NETCONF. Five (5) years experience in network routing and switching protocols to include excellent knowledge of TCP/IP. Five (5) years experience in structured change management process for highly available datacenter networks. One (1) year experience in Cross Domain Solutions technologies, to include security and functional requirements. One (1) year experience in operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and trusted operating systems (e.g., TSOL). One (1) year experience within the DOD and Intelligence Community (IC) environment. |
