Sabre is currently recruiting for an Anti-tamper Program Support Engineer to work in Bloomington, IN.
Job Description:
The candidate will provide Anti Tamper (AT) planning support and ensure compliance with regulations, and other AT guidance, as applicable; guide programs through the AT process; support government program offices in establishing Program Protection Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and lead IPTs; and gain an understanding of Critical Program Information (CPI) identification in order to identify CPI and provide programs with CPI training and support to ensure correct identification and documentation of CPI. Lead AT documentation and review efforts for multiple programs. In addition, the candidate will review, develop, and coordinate AT documents; attend acquisition program meetings, technical interchanges, planning conferences, and various acquisition program protection planning working group meetings; interface with program managers, design engineers, contractors, and others in Government program offices; and provide reports including significant discussion, action item assignments, and recommendations as appropriate. Other duties will include: assess and evaluate mitigation efforts for system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle; validate system security requirements definition and analysis; assess security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures.; analyze AT management and design implementation information and provide recommendations that are cost-effective alternatives and countermeasures to protect CPI and Critical System Resources; and analyze computer-based system designs to determine potential penetration points.
Requires:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at 10+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of system engineering processes; understanding of the DoD Acquisition and Gate process; understanding of the Navy organization; and understanding of software and hardware development process
A demonstrated ability to prepare highly professional technical/engineering reports and give presentations
Systems Engineering experience and DOD engineering projects experience
Candidate may be considered if located in the Washington, DC and is able and willing to travel to Washington, DC and to prime contractors’ facilities at other locations.
Candidate must have a SECRET clearance and be able to get a TOP SECRET clearance
