Experience required: 3-5 years in Human Resources Field
Role: Human Resource Specialist/Manager
MARKON is looking for Human Resources Specialists/Managers to join our National Security Division. Candidates should have experience in HR Policy, Job Analysis, Job Classification, Applicant Processing, Job Posting, Policy Support, or Instructional Design & Course Facilitation. Individual’s responsibilities will include developing on-board training and be heavily focused in setting up HR Policies.
HR IC experience preferred.
Implement HR programs, develop and maintain support tools, assess training needs, facilitate training, develop surveys and tabulate results, coordinate meetings/off-sites
Candidate should be prepared to work in a very flexible environment.
Good communications skills and ability to work directly with government customers is required.
TS/SCI clearance with CI or FS Polygraph required
