| Exercise Analyst-Intel |
|
Responsible for collecting and managing Battle Command Training Program WARFIGHTER Exercise (WFX) intelligence data and supporting Observer/Trainer (O/T) findings to identify unit systemic deficiencies regarding use of all source intelligence in support the commander's plans. Develop and produce graphic products for both formal and informal After Action Reviews (AAR). Prepare graphic intelligence products and compile other analyst data to support the development of the exercised unit's Final Exercise Report and Take Home Package (THP). Operate as Intelligence Warfighting Function (WFF) lead during shift and supervise Intelligence Work Station Controllers in support of team operations. Serve as member of the orders writing team for the development of intelligence annexes and products. Assistant Exercise Point of Contact (POC) with responsibilities for preparation of exercise plans and assume responsibilities in the absence of the POC. Assist in all team security related issues. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BICM, TACSIM, and WARSIM Intelligence models.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Secret Security Clearance. Familiar with and current in U.S. Army and joint doctrine with emphasis in intelligence operations. Familiar with MS Office suite of software. Experience in simulation training, computer war gaming, and simulation programs, particularly the currently-used BCTP simulations is a plus.
EDUCATION:
BS or BA Degree, MEL 4, CGSC equivalent. Related Advanced Course graduate or equivalent. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
