The candidate will support the 24x7 security monitoring and log management activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Intrusion Detection
o Incident Response
o Security Incident Reporting
o Digital Forensics
o Vulnerability Identification
o Virus Control
o Contingency Planning
o Information Security Solutions Engineering
o Policy and Planning
o Network Modeling
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
o Information Assurance expertise
o Security Clearance/National Agency Check
o Experience in at least one of the following; log analysis, Checkpoint IPS-1, ForeScout Counteract, nCircle, Citrix, Bluecoat, SNORT.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
24 x 7 work environment. There is latitude on the shift schedule so the hours below are flexible and could be changed to four ten hour work days or other options.
0800-1630 For the weekend day shifts
1600-2400 For the swing shift
2400-0830 For the night shift
